You can book directly through our website by selecting your preferred destination, dates, and package. You can also contact us via WhatsApp or phone for personalized assistance.

Do I need to create an account to book a tour?

No. You can book as a guest, but creating an account allows you to manage bookings, view history, and receive exclusive offers.

Which destinations do you cover?

We offer tours across Tanzania (including Zanzibar, Serengeti, Ngorongoro, Kilimanjaro), East Africa, and selected international destinations.

What is your cancellation policy?

What happens if a tour is canceled by you?

If we cancel due to weather, safety, or unforeseen issues, you’ll receive a full refund or be offered an alternative date or package.

Are your prices fixed or negotiable?

Prices are based on the selected package and group size. We do offer discounts for group bookings, early reservations, and returning clients.

Do I need a visa or passport for your tours?

For domestic tours within Tanzania, a national ID is sufficient. For international tours, a valid passport and visa (if required) are necessary.
